1. What products do you offer?

We offer a range of custom and personalised laser-cut and engraved giftware and home décor items. From name signs and ornaments to event decorations and keepsakes — each piece is made to order with care.


2. How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website. Simply select your product, enter any customisation details in the fields provided, and proceed to checkout. If you need something more specific, feel free to contact us before ordering.


3. Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. If you have a specific idea in mind, send us a message through our Contact page or email us at contactus@bespokecutcreations.com.au, and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.


4. How long will my order take to process?

Since all items are handmade to order, please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipping. Custom designs may take slightly longer, depending on complexity and any design revisions.


5. What are your shipping options?

We ship Australia-wide via standard and express post options. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched. We also offer local pickup which is by appointment only.


6. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we primarily ship within Australia. If you're located overseas and are interested in placing an order, please contact us to discuss shipping options.


7. Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.


8. Do you accept returns or refunds?

As our products are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please double-check all customisation details before submitting your order.


9. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
