At Bespoke Cut Creations, every item is handcrafted with care and made to order. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
Personalised & Custom Orders
Due to the nature of custom and personalised products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect details provided, or design approval once production has started.
Please double-check all personalisation details (e.g. spelling, dates, names) before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement item
- A partial or full refund
- Store credit
Refunds (If Approved)
Once we approve your return/refund request:
- Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items
- Items returned without prior contact or outside the 48-hour window
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we may have already begun production and cannot guarantee cancellation.
